Taking over my life!

This after noon I was in the mood to blog so I whipped out my camera because I was sure I had some pictures of my kids. Much to my surprise I did not! I did not even have one picture of either of the children just 48 Picture of cupcakes.... I just realized that I have been consumed by sugar, butter, salt, sour cream, cream cheese, dough, frosting and silver balls I have not even taken a moment to snap some shots of them! This weeks goal. BE BETTER. But, while I am here, this is what I have been working on.

Snow Day

You would think since I have lived in Utah my entire life I should have known not to by a North facing home! Our driveway has never seen the sun. From November to March it is pure ice and many a friend has "eatin' it" while walking up the treacherous slope(my condolences)! I mean it is so bad you would guess that we didn't even own a shovel. Much to your surprise, we do and it actually gets used but with the water drain positioned the way it is... let's just say it is a skating rink! So, during one of my poor attempts to shovel we turned it into a snow date and need less to say it was very unproductive but very fun!

Merry Christmas 2009!

What a quick and very fun holiday season. As a kid the gap between Thanksgiving and Christmas was and eternity. Now, as some what of an adult those 30+ days fly! So much to cram in to so little time. I mentioned a few times to Mackay that it is just going to fast. There is so much that I want to do. Finally he came back with "what more can you do?" We kept with many traditions and added a few more to the list. It was a wonderful time spent with the 3

"F's" family, friends, and food. I am grateful for the time I got to spend one on one with my children and ready to begin new year.
