I am pretty sure I say "this ______ is my favorite holiday!" about every holiday. I guess I should start saying "anything that brings a family together is my favorite". So... Easter (because it is today) is my favorite holiday. The few things that first come to mind are...
{1} Spring duds
{2} Baskets full of candy and something sentimental
{3} Eggs (maybe that should be one?)
{4} family
{5} traditions.
Even though 1-5 top the least each year this Easter seems to be extra special. I really love that it falls on conference Sunday! I enjoyed being home with Mackay and the kids all the while being inspired. I was especially touched by Elder Holland. His last two talks have absolutely topped the charts. His humor was so appropriate and kept light to such a vital and destructive topic.
Today I grateful.
I am grateful to have a family. I am grateful to be a mom. I am grateful to have a father in heaven who loves ME. I am grateful for my Savior, Redeemer and brother Jesus Christ. I am grateful for his sacrifice. I know he atoned for my sins. I am grateful to be a member of the church of latter day saints!

Grace was so excited when grammy handed her her Easter basket. The hunt began and she could not get past what was already in her basket.
Lou finding some loot
Grams and Grampy his some Batman towels for Cash and Ace and they love them!
This has been a long time coming. Lil is 4 months older than Grace and we knew it was only time before they would be besties! Today they disappeared. It was quiet for about 10 minutes before I began to look for them. They were no where to be found. Finally I saw Lily run past the stairs and about two seconds later saw Grace in tow. They were together all afternoon and I could not be more elated! I hope they will be best buddies just like my cousin and I!
Grace getting ready to die her first egg
Cash really dug this, this year. It was cool seeing him really get into it. We dyed 20 dozen eggs and he did not budge until they were complete!
